Since its inception, it has been managed and directed by Mr. Charles Mphoga, who is committed to taking the company to greater heights.
We are a 100% Black empowerment company specializing in the refurbishment of steel and plastic containers (drums).
Thanks to the knowledge and hard work of our team, we are capable of producing an average of 500 drums per day, with plans to increase this number in the near future.

Our purpose-built refurbishment center, based in Wadeville, offers the latest in container recovery solutions—handling everything from highly contaminated industrial IBC containers to small receptacles from the chemical and catering industries. This includes the removal and treatment of a wide range of residual products (including hazardous wastes), followed by chemical cleaning, drying, and leak testing of the packaging, with stringent inspections at all key stages.

OPERATIONAL PROCESSES
• Second-hand drums are placed into the washer to clean them on the inside, as per SANS 10409.
• The washer cleans and rinses the drums using a 10% chemical concentration.
• The drums are cleaned on the outside, and any stickers are removed, as per SANS 10409.
• Drums are expanded to their normal condition using a drum expander.
• The drums are now ready to be sold to customers.
PERSONNEL AND OWNERSHIP
Phaela Nchane Logistics is a wholly black-owned empowerment company. The company started with five (5) employees and has now grown, creating work for a staff of fifteen (15) with specialised training in drum reconditioning.
